Runner's Ankle

I have been running each day for about 6 years now. Recently, and quite suddenly, I have developed a severe pain in my inner ankle after I run on the treadmill. WHILE running, the ankle is fine, but immediately after I stop, there is severe pain right above the "round" bone on the INNER side of the ankle. Is this a tibial tendon problem? What should I do to alleviate this problem? Thanks

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
