pain on bottom of both feet

About 4 days ago i ran 6-7 miles to prepare for my college soccer tryouts. I ran on the bikepath with some shoes that were not mine. THey were only 1/2 size to small but i guess that wasnt smart to do. I than woke up the next morning and was expiriencing alot of pain while i was walking in both feet. On my right foot my arch hurts and my left the outside bone below the ankle. It is a very sharp pain while i walk or run and it only hurts after about 30 seconds of walking until i rest it again, and it wont go away. This is a new problem, not reocurring or anything. Do you think there is bruising or what? I have soccer tryouts in 2 days and im on a full ride scholorship so i need help please.
