Calcaneous Fracture (and several others)

On 2/12 I was in a car accident and broke my right foot. The CT scan showed seven fractures, including in my heel. I did not need surgery--the orthopedic surgeon told me that the bones are in alignment.

I was in a splint for 2 weeks, cast for 4 weeks, and have now just gotten an orthopedic boot. The doctor said that I have to wear it for 2 weeks, except for bathing and sleeping. After 2 weeks, he said I can start wearing normal shoes.

It's still really hard for me to walk. I use crutches for balance and to support some of my weight while walking with the boot. It's been 2 days since I've gotten it.

My foot is still REALLY swollen, especially around my ankle. The doctor said I have good range of motion. But my foot feels REALLY stiff. Are there any exercises that I should do to help?
