Subtalar Joint

Hi, I've posted before, but I think I may be narrowing down what may be causing my pain. Originally, an MRI showed a bone cyst causing fissures from my calcaneal neck to sinus tarsi. However, after researching, the burning all around my Talus (behind, below and in front of) may be my subtalar joint. There is constant burning in this area for 3 months now. Do you think this is also what is causing the pain based on my description of where the pain is? If the STJ is what is burning, do you recommend any therapy to help improve or is surgery my only option? I've had 2 steroid shots in the area with no relief. Thanks for reading!

Tuli's Double-Ribbed Pro heel cups are the most advancesd shock absorbing heel cups available today. The primary force of the heel strike is absorbed by the larger and higher waffle pattern while the lower and denser waffle pattern absorbs the high pressure and final force spike of heel strike. Perfect for sports activities.
