I'm 21 and like heels a lot. I have bad posture and it helps me stand up straight because otherwise, I'll fall. Specifically stilletto slingbacks and pumps. I like some wedges. All the shoes I wear out are over 3" high and not the most comfortable. I know my arches are probably off as I had sports-related ankle break on one and sprained other ankle. I either wear flip flops or heels. I have "sensible" shoes but they are ugly. Are there ANY sensoredy comfortable shoes? I would also like to get an opinion on mBT (masai barefoot technology) shoes which I am considering because my posture is awful unless I'm in heels. Are these good or a good way to throw away $250? Are there cheaper alternatives? I have tried some ergonomic running shoes and I really didn't think they helped my posture at all. Also, on the ankle I broke (my left one), my foot sometimes slides in or out which makes it swell. This has happened several times while jogging in tennis shoes and once in high wedges. What do you suggest? I brought this up with my doctor who just suggested icing it.
