Jones Fracture

I broke my fifth metatarsal bone, on April 15th. I walked on the foot, for the weekend because I didn't think I broke foot bone. (It didn't hurt that bad, and I thought it was just a sprain). I went to the doctor that Monday the 18th, and found out that I had a jones fracture, and that my 4th metatarsal was broken also. I had surgery on the foot that Thursday (april 21st) and since then i'm in cast, with absolutely no weight bearing. I "suppsodly" get my cast off in 2 weeks (May 27th) and then i'll be in a walking boot for 1-2 months after.
My question is will I need to go to physical therapy after i'm out of the cast, and should I plan to use the crutches again even with the walking boot.
