toe joint pain

For over 2 months, I've had pain and soreness in the joint of the ball of my left foot. In addition, I'm sure I also have a bone spur in the left heel. I took Aleve for a week to relieve the pain, and it worked almost immediately on the pain in the joint, although not as well on the heel pain. I've had to quit taking it as my stomach began hurting. My question is: What else can I try? I can't take cortisone as I'm diabetic.

Softens and remove corns in a most comfortable way. It is ideal to help relieve pain on a toe or finger affected by corns, blebs, blisters, hammertoes, calluses and digital traumas.
