heel pain

Please listen to me. This works for heel pain. I read if I drank apple cider vinegar with honey to sweeten it would take my heel spurs/pain away. I tried this for a day or two but got sick because I could bear the taste of drinking the vinegar. So I began soaking my heel in just vinegar at least 3 to 4 hours a day while I was sitting at my desk at work. It is relieving my aches. Now I am able to get up in the morining without much pain when walking. IT WORKS! You must soak your heel religiously. I mean every free time you get. What I do is make a small cup to put the vinegar in and I just put my foot in it and begin soaking. I have seen a difference. I also stretch my tendons more in my foot and legs and purchase the spenco insoles from Lady Foot Locker. I have seen great results. Please try it. But you must soak your foot at least 3-4 hours a day to start to see results. I think it's been about 1 month and I see drastic results. I do still get an ache now and then but nothing compared to what it use to be. Please try this before you do surgery or buy other expensive tools. Joyce
