Post osteotomy pain

I had a modified Youngswick procedure with screw insertion on March 16th. Recovery has been great until 2 weeks ago - now my joint aches continuously. Is this a normal part of the healing process? I do have one more follow up visit next week - but I feel like I should own stock in Advil!
