Heel Pain & Fallen Arch

Currently, I am in a cast for the next 30 days that has my left foot flexed towards my leg as result of chronic heel pain that never goes away. I have received so many cortisone shots that the doctor will not give me any more and ANSAIDs no longer spell relief either.

I also have a complete ACL rupture too as a result of the stress placed on my knee when my arch collasped.

Can my collasped arch be fixed? So far all young DPMs say yes and all of the old DPMs say no.

This slip-on device is a soft and stretchable Nylon/Lycra® fabric molded with a proprietary gel pad to protect the entire Achilles tendon of the foot by absorbing pressure and friction resulted from rubbing with the surface of the shoe.
