OK so for about a year and half I have had this like preasurey sharp pain in the arch of my foot. It has gotten alot worse in the a last few months. I went to the podiatrry/sports med clinic at Union Memorial in Baltimore a little less then a year ago and the guy said that I had plantar facitis without taking e-rays or really even looking at me and he said I needed orthodics. So I went and got specialty orthodics made for me and I wore then for about three months. When it didn't get better I went back adn the guy increased the corection in it. I have been wearing the new ones for a while now but the pain hasn't gotten any better and if anything it has gotten worse. I went to a orthapedic surgion a few weeks ago and he took some x-rays and said that I had like prosterior tendon dysfuction (I think thats what it is called, the tendon running from my calf down the inside of my anke to my arch. He put me on anti-inflamitories and put me in neopreen ankle braces, adn told me to keep wearing my orthodics. Yea but it hasn't gotten any better.

I've recently noticed that the pain gets really bad when I am on my toes (like when I am waiting for the whistle to blow during a lax game so I can move and I am liek on the toes of my feet ready to go)...and I don't get how if the tendon in the back of my foot isn't working my toes are making it hurt...
