Yesterday I was playing Rounders and someone got round all the bases and threw the big, wooden bat up in the air (Just like a baseball bat but a little smaller) and it came down at one hell of a speed and landed on the top of my left foot, bounced up and then landed on my toes. I had trainers on but it still hurt like hell. Its just the top of my foot that hurts and walking is agony. I have put a bandage on it and have been walking around all day today so I dont know whats wrong with it. Please suggest something.
