About a week or so ago i tripped on my brother's dumbbell (hand weight) and hurt my pinky toe. I thought it would feel okay after i walked on it but it still hurt. At first, my pinky toe was black and blue but now it is not. However, it is still swollen and feels warm to the touch sometimes. How can i make it feel and look back to normal?? What sort of treatment do i need? Please, PLEASE help!
