ossatron therapy for heal pain

my husband is about to have ossatron procedure on friday for chronic heal pain.. all the infomation i find on the web is sponsored by the manufacture.. i want to know more about possible complications. and what to do so he recovers quickly... the clinic mentioned a foot cast fot 7 days and then surgical shoe i would like to see what both are going to look like and what i should do to pamper him.
