partially ruptured anterior tibial tendon

About 6 weeks ago, I had an MRI due to pain in top of left foot. I had been hiking on hills in addition to usual routine of jogging and some biking. The MRI indicated partial rupture of the anterior tibial tendon. I have been doing physical therapy, have gotten orthotics and have limited exercise to light biking, swimming and some walking. My foot does not seem much better however. When can I expect to heal and be able to run again and is there something else I could be doing to speed up the process?

A layer of gel combined with a foot cover to help protect metatarsals and toes from friction and pressure. It also ideal for cushioning the ball of foot and provides warmth for people suffering from arthritis or poor circulation to the toes.
