Rolled ankle

Three days ago I was wearing 2 inch heels and stepped down on uneven ground. My right ankle rolled to the outside. I felt a pop on the outside of my mid-foot and a burning pain in the outside of my calf. The pain continues today on the outside of the foot and up into the outside of my calf, almost up to the knee. The pain in my calf feels like a severely pulled muscle. I did have some tingling in the top of my foot but that seems to have gone away. I have had 8 fractures in my right foot in the last 8 years and this doesn't feel like fracture pain. I don't want to bother the doctor if it's just a pulled muscle but I don't want to ignore something that might be serious. Any ideas or advice? Thanks in advance for the excellent site and service you provide.

Full-length viscoelastic insoles incorporating areas of softer density in the heel and metatarsal region. Raised metatarsal pad aids in desired realignment of metatarsal heads.
