8 year old soles of feet turn white when they get wet

after swimming, has been happening for 2 weeks now. She says they don't bother her. Yesterday with sock and sneakers on she came home and took off her socks and it looked like she had dipped them in powder on the bottom that is how white they were. After 5 minutes they are back to regular color.

What could it be?
Thanks
