Stress Facture?

Over the last year I have noticed that I would get a pain on the side of my right foot after I had been on my feet all day. I am in the military and I work on helicopters so I am going up and down the things all day long, plus I walk around 4 miles a day at work due to the distances the aircraft to hanger. Yesterday about 1/2 way through the work day I noticed the pain came back. Like always I went to sleep and it usually goes away when I wake up. well didn't go away and now the very outside of my foot really hurts when I walk, and I have a tender spot. It dosen't hurt when sitting though. Any thoughts?

The Active Ankle offers flexibility and security. It will feel different from anything you have ever worn for ankle protection. The hinge allows freedom of motion that you may not be accustomed to. Do not mistake this freedom of movement for lack of support. A leading university said, the Active Ankle provides more support (inversion) than the leading air-stirrup brace, the leading lace-up brace, or a tape job.
