I recommend you have this x-rayed. If nothing shows up, there is a possibility the cuboid bone may be subluxing, but it woould be tough to show on x-ray. Most general doctors don't know about this. Some podiatrists and chiropractors do. You should wear a sturdy boot, which you probably already do and see a podiatrist if you can.
