I have had 5 shots in myfoot for Planter Fasciatis. I have had a soft cast on my foot for a week, I have had an arch support in my shoes, I have had an splint that goes over my foot and supports my arch but the heel part is cut out. I am still in pain. Oh yeah I have had an MRI done to see if I had a stress fractures. THe MRI came back that it was so imflamed that they couldn't see nothing. I have been living with the pain for the last 6 mos. Hope you have better results. Good luck.
