the other day i tripped in my room and my foot turned and i pulled some muscle on the side of my foot. i have been doing what i normally do...going to the gym and such but it hurts a lottt to walk. i can't run anymore when i workout either. there is no swelling and when i looked today there seems to be a little bruising but its hard to tell. its been a week...when is it time to get checked out? or should i just purchase a foot brace?
