Left Foot

I was helping some people move when I sliped down some stairs and kind of rolled my ankle it did not go all the way over but it did some. It hurt but i kept moving. I woke up the next morning and I kid barely put weight on it. I feel like it is my L Intermidate Cuneform bone. I am not sure if a boot would help or if it is just tendons or tissue.
