instep pain...

i have an unusually high arch. since having to wear a shrunken dansko clog with a back six months ago, my instep/inner arch (right foot, inner arch/instep - up from the big toe)has been very sore. a podiatrist gave me two local shots of cortisone in may, which "cured" it, but the discomfort is back. what should i do now? an x-ray showed an unusually high arch - an almost deformity. but remember, it never showed up before the shrunken shoe episode...

Softens and remove corns in a most comfortable way. It is ideal to help relieve pain on a toe or finger affected by corns, blebs, blisters, hammertoes, calluses and digital traumas.
