Re: rigid orthotics and fibromyalgia

I have bad pain in the heels and I went to a Podiatrist and she said to rest them on a bag of ice for at least 10 minutes, and then massage them with Arnica Ointment. To look at, they appear to be full of puss. The ice certainly works, but you can't spend your life on an ice block. Where do I go from here?

The proprietary gel also provides extra protective padding to help comfort the pain caused by metatarsal soreness. May be used for relieving the burning sensation under the metatarsal heads, calluses and tarsal fat pads.
