bunion

I have bunions on both feet. The right being much worse. I am not able to have surgery now and I see many different splints, braces and bandages to wear to help with the pain (which goes up my foot at times). What type is the most effective for the pain? It is worse at night and when I wake up in the morning I have to crack my big toe for relief. Thank you ! Valerie
