Painful feet

Nearly 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a Morton's Neuroma in my left foot. There is some problem with my big toe as well. The podiatrist wanted to operate on the big toe and the neuroma. I don't have time to be off of it for 6-8 weeks so I haven't had it done. Now both of my feet hurt constantly. The toes are numb but hyper sensitive. I feel like I am walking on rocks in the balls of my feet, the right arch and sometimes my left. They tingle, burn and sometimes have shooting pains that are very painful. They keep me awake at night. Somehow I wonder if surgery can help all these problems. Any suggestions?
