Without seeing your foot I can not say for certain. The "lumps" are called piezogenic papules. This is a herniation of the fat pad in the heel. The pain you describe in the back of the heel may be an injury to the heel bone or the achilles tendon. An x-ray and possibly sonogram or MRI may be necessary. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation.
