Sounds like a parasite- I'm amazed your 6 doctors don't know how to use a microscope. Stop scratching them- you're probably inadvertantly spreading it. (Which would explain why it's now on your hands)
No- I'm not a doc, just a guy that's seen a lot in physical therapy.
