Calf !!!!! HELP PLEASE

Ok.... so a few weeks ago at xc we ran 3 mile.. after about 2 1/2 my calf started to hurt.. i thought nothing of it... then later after sprints we started to walk a lap and all of a sudden my calf got SUPEr tight and the pain was excruciating.... my ankle felt like it froze and i couldnt move it at all... now whenever i run any distance especaially our meets (1 1/2 mile) my calf starts to really hurt and get tight... any advice?
