cut between second toe and foot that won't heal.

I have a rather deep cut on the underside of my second toe and where the foot begins. I have had this wound for approximately one year. The surrounding skin is calloused and dry. Any form of movement causes the skin to further tear. I have been on a treatment of Bactroban to prevent infection but the cut remains. I desperately need some assistance.
