Metatarsal Fat Pad Atrophy

My metatarsal fat pads have atrophied after receiving several injections of Cortizobe to relieve pain from a neuroma. I have tried many, many orthodic devices and insoles, but cannot find any relief. Are there shoes I can get or any suggestions? Help!
