freidur diaease in toes

hi i have had 8 of my toes opperated on to help me walk and after 8 yrs im in a lot of pain day and nite with my feet i have back/ hip problems with not being able to walk properly any more, i cant have any more opps i have had physio which made the pain worse . i would like to know more about frieburg disease as i was born with it and need more help to cope with every day life many thanks .
